How to have an awesome birthday: a guide for one year olds.

To have a blast on your first birthday, do the following...

Wake up and start playing with the toys you got at your party, as soon as possible.

Get your mom to make you a special birthday breakfast, only to let her know that crepes aren't really your thing. For eating that is -- they are great to play with.

Hang out with your Uncle Jonathan as much as possible until he has to go to the airport.

Play with your new toys some more.

Go to the Discovery Gateway Chidren's Museum with your mom and dad. Try to eat all the fake food. Play until they make you leave.

Go out for a birthday dinner, and then play some more while you wait for your mom and dad to finish eating.

Finish the day with some ice cream with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Take advantage of your mom's willingness to let you eat as much as you want.
