Weekend Happenings

Since this weekend was the last full weekend we would have together for a few weeks (Me and T are off to Chicago, Trevor is off to Cambodia. CRAZY), we figured we better enjoy it.

Some highlights of our weekend...

Dinner at Sugarhouse BBQ Co. We would go back for the brisket. Thompson would go back for the mac and cheese.

Dessert from Maggie Moos.  Someone especially liked this part, and couldn't keep his hands off (or out of) the ice cream.

Browsing DI, just for fun. Since Trevor had been needing a mug to use at work, I kindly found one for him to take. It is hard to read, but this gem says, "Thinking of you makes my heart smile". My heart smiles thinking of him drinking from this at work.

A date with my baby walking around Thanksgiving Point while we waited for Trevor to get out of a meeting.

Going to the temple and remembering getting married there 4 1/2 years ago.

One week. One picture. One memory.

More interested in looking at everything outside than in eating dinner.

The week we found out Thompson and penicillin just don't get along.

Winter and Spring, all in just a few weeks

After hardly any snow this year, this is what we were doing about a week and a half ago.

It was the first time Thompson really got to play in the snow (even Chicago was essentially snow-less while we were there). Mostly, he just wanted to eat it.

After a few freezing mouthfuls though, he pretty much let us know he was done, and climbed up to the door, waiting for us to take him back inside.

Luckily, the weather has completely changed, and spring seems to have replaced a mild and late winter. We aren't complaining, because it means we get to do this again!
